Job summary

Emirates Engine Maintenance Centre (EEMC) in Abu Dhabi seeks a seasoned Production Planning Engineer to manage end-to-end planning for assigned areas. You will oversee work package prep, estimation, dock control, and workshop or check planning, drawing on aircraft and component knowledge to review packages up to A Checks and gear changes.

You will collaborate with Engineering and Operations to optimize PPC processes, refine plans during execution, and mentor planning officers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Aeronautical, Mechanical or Electrical) and professional licensing (GCAA/EASA) are required or highly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience in Aircraft Maintenance or Production Planning within an airline or MRO.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with ULTRAMAIN is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to the planning officers and supervisors reporting to him/her.
• Lead assigned projects to continuously improve the Production Planning Department and the service to Operations.
• Coordinate planning requirements and cross-utilization of resources with PPEs and other PPC areas.
