Lighting Sales Engineer

We are looking for a Lighting Sales Engineer to join our team and drive sales of lighting solutions for commercial, residential, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lighting technology, sales strategies, and customer relationship management. This role involves providing technical support, creating customized lighting solutions, and collaborating with clients to meet their project needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote lighting products and solutions.
• Identify and engage potential clients, including contractors, architects, and developers.
• Provide technical support and lighting design recommendations for various projects.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for customers and industry professionals.
• Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to offer customized lighting solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new lighting technologies, and competitor activities.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Lighting Design, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in lighting sales, preferably in the UAE market.
• Strong knowledge of lighting products, technologies, and applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Familiarity with lighting design software and industry standards is a plus.
• Valid UAE driver’s license is preferred.
