Role Overview

As the Lighting Key Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with our top-tier clients including architects, interior designers, lighting consultants, and project developers. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, overseeing project pipelines, and ensuring an exceptional client experience from specification to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts across the architecture and design sectors
  • Act as the main point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term loyalty
  • Collaborate with designers and specifiers to position lighting products effectively in their projects
  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, quotes, and presentations for ongoing and upcoming projects
  • Work closely with internal teams (logistics, technical, design support) to ensure seamless execution
  • Track project pipelines and meet or exceed quarterly sales and growth targets
  • Stay up-to-date with product developments, market trends, and competitor activity
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, client presentations, and industry events
Requirements
  • 35+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in architectural lighting
  • Proven track record in managing large accounts and achieving sales targets
  • Strong network within the architecture, design, or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Commercially savvy with a client-first mindset
  • Ability to read plans and understand architectural language is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is considered an advantage
