Overview

The role involves preparing electrical designs, specifications, and technical guidance for infrastructure projects, requiring proficiency in electrical engineering and software. Responsibilities

• Prepare electrical designs, specifications, and technical guidance for infrastructure projects; demonstrate proficiency in electrical engineering and design software.
• Develop detailed lighting designs and calculations, create estimates, and possess knowledge of lighting fixtures.
• Provide technical support in lighting projects, demonstrate product capabilities, and address customer needs with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Assist customers in retail sales of lighting products, manage payments, build relationships, and communicate with customers in multiple languages (where applicable).
• Assist with sales activities, manage orders and customer relationships, and handle payments while building relationships.
• Conduct outdoor sales activities, manage customer relationships, and process orders; require a valid UAE driving license and fluency in Arabic and English.
• Engage in business development in interior design and construction, manage sales processes, and maintain relationships with industry professionals.
• Generate business opportunities in lighting projects, maintain client relationships, conduct presentations, and ensure customer satisfaction with strong negotiation skills.
• Interpret project specifications, prepare quotations, coordinate installations, and provide technical support for lighting products.
• Inspect vehicles, ensure safe operation, timeliness of transportation, manage loading/unloading, complete paperwork, and implement health and safety standards.
• Drive light vehicles and heavy trucks, maintain vehicle condition, ensure compliance with traffic regulations, and report operational details.
• Safely operate light vehicles, conduct inspections, optimize routes, and maintain logs while communicating with clients and dispatchers.
• Perform delivery and driver-related duties for various roles, including Light Vehicle Driver and Delivery Driver positions, with appropriate licensing, English/Arabic language requirements, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (required or preferred) with proficiency in lighting design software.
• Proficiency in electrical design software and associated tools.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous for certain roles.
• Retail sales experience and knowledge of lighting products; ability to manage payments and build customer relationships.
• Valid UAE driving license and ability to drive light vehicles; some roles require driving heavy trucks and operating fleet vehicles.
• Strong customer service, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with client presentations, project coordination, and installation coordination is beneficial.
