Job summary

Innovo Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a seasoned Lifting Supervisor to manage safe lifting operations across infrastructure and marine sites. You will plan, supervise crane crews, and ensure strict safety protocol compliance.

Responsibilities include developing lifting plans, inspecting equipment, coordinating with site teams and vendors, responding to incidents, and maintaining logs of certifications, risk assessments, and lifting permits under UAE and international standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or recognized lifting certification.
• 5+ years’ experience supervising lifting activities in construction/marine projects.
• Knowledge of lifting regulations and inspection standards (UAE & International).
