Job summary

Audex Fujairah LL FZE seeks an experienced Lifting Operations Supervisor to lead safe, compliant lifts on construction and industrial sites in the UAE.

You will plan lifts, select equipment, coordinate crane operators and ground crews, perform risk assessments, and implement control measures to mitigate hazards.

A strong engineering background with at least 5 years lifting experience is required; certification as Appointed Person (or equivalent) is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma in Engineering or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field.
• Possession of CPCS, NCCCO, or equivalent certifications for lifting operations.
• Certification in lifting operations such as Appointed Person is mandatory.
• At least 5 years hands-on lifting ops experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred in construction or heavy industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough site assessments to determine lifting feasibility, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Develop and implement detailed lift plans including equipment selection and positioning.

Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred, showcasing leadership abilities in managing teams during complex lifts.
