Lifeguard

Job Summary

We are hiring a vigilant and experienced Lifeguard to join our 5-star hotel team. This role is essential for maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming pool environment for all guests. The ideal candidate must be CPR certified, physically fit, and have a strong understanding of water safety and guest service in a luxury setting.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Supervise swimming activities and ensure guest safety at all times.
2. Perform rescues and provide CPR/First Aid when needed.
3. Maintain cleanliness and order of pool facilities and equipment.
4. Secure and properly position sun loungers and umbrellas.
5. Report equipment issues or maintenance needs to Engineering.
6. Be knowledgeable about hotel facilities, services, and operating hours.

Candidate profile:

1. Valid Lifeguard certification (e.g., Red Cross, RLSS, or equivalent).
2. CPR and First Aid certification (mandatory).
3. Minimum 1 year of lifeguarding experience, preferably in hospitality.
4. Strong swimming ability and high level of physical fitness.
5. Professional appearance, excellent communication, and guest service skills.
6. Willingness to work outdoors, including weekends and holidays.
