Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology is seeking a professional Lifeguard for our UAE residential and hospitality facilities. You will monitor pool activities, enforce rules, respond to emergencies with CPR/First Aid, and maintain safety equipment.

The role requires strong swimming and rescue skills, excellent communication, a professional appearance, calmness under pressure, and flexibility in shifts. Prior lifeguard experience in similar environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Lifeguard certification with CPR and First Aid mandatory.
• Experience as Lifeguard in residential, hospitality or leisure environment preferred.
• Strong swimming and rescue skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond immediately and appropriately to emergencies and provide first aid or CPR when required
• Enforce pool rules and safety regulations at all times
• Conduct routine inspections of pool facilities and safety equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool and surrounding areas
• Ensure rescue and lifesaving equipment is always in proper working condition
• Assist residents and guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Report maintenance issues, incidents, or safety concerns promptly
• Maintain daily logs and incident reports as required
• Support management in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment

Candidate profile:

• Valid Lifeguard certification CPR and First Aid certification mandatory
• Previous experience as a Lifeguard in a residential, hospitality, or leisure environment preferred
