Qualifications

• Candidates should have a valid Real Estate License and solid knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property.
• Strong Sales and Customer Service skills focused on client relationship management and closing transactions.
• Relevant experience in the UAE real estate market, particularly Abu Dhabi and/or Dubai, is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site, handle a fast-paced environment, and use CRM and property listing platforms effectively.
• Proactive, target-driven mindset with ethical conduct and adherence to local real estate regulations.
