Job Description:

We are seeking a License & Business Consultant / Operations professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the setup, licensing, and operational processes for new and existing business ventures. This role requires strong project management skills, in-depth knowledge of business setup processes, regulatory compliance, and a proactive approach to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the end-to-end process of business setup and licensing, including trade license applications, visa processing, and permit renewals, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
2. Lead projects involving new entity setups, business expansions, and restructuring from planning to execution and monitoring.
3. Oversee daily operations, streamline workflows, and coordinate with internal departments and external providers to ensure efficiency and alignment with business goals.
4. Maintain compliance and documentation, keep legal records updated, and ensure timely submission of reports to authorities.
5. Serve as the primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders, providing updates, managing expectations, and resolving issues for a seamless setup experience.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business setup, licensing, or operations within the UAE or similar jurisdiction.
2. Strong knowledge of governmental procedures, laws, and regulations for business setup.
