Job summary

PPOAR is seeking an experienced Librarian in Abu Dhabi to organize, maintain, and deliver library resources efficiently. You will manage operations, catalog materials, provide reference services, and train staff on procedures.

You will also promote events and services to patrons. Requirements include a Bachelor's in Library Science with at least two years' library experience, strong organizational and customer service skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Library Science or related field.
• At least two years of experience working in a library setting.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency preferred).
