Librarian - Dubai, UAE

We are currently seeking a qualified Librarian to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will possess excellent research and organizational skills, have a passion for the library profession, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing library services to patrons of all ages. This includes cataloguing and organizing materials, assisting patrons with locating resources, helping patrons with technology needs (including computer access), providing research assistance, answering reference questions, and teaching library classes. The Librarian will also support collection development initiatives by identifying new materials that should be added to the collection.

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Library Science or a related field. Preference may be given to candidates who are fluent in English and/or Malayalam/Arabic languages as well as those who have library experience in an academic or public setting.
