The Role / Responsibilities:

The Sales Development Representative is a junior sales role that will contribute to the growth of our regional sales pipeline through activities focused on outbound lead generation and inbound lead follow-up. The role aims to prospect, nurture, and qualify new sales opportunities, supporting the overall sales organization in selling the full suite of MAs products across all customer segments. This is a development role designed to position the SDR as a future sales talent within the larger MA APAC and ME sales organization. The MA sales team fosters an inclusive, team-oriented culture that values collaboration and results.

As an SDR, you will:

  • Strategize with sales teams on their key focus areas and develop plans to generate sales pipelines through SDR activities.
  • Lead cold calling campaigns to prospect, nurture warm leads, and qualify new sales opportunities.
  • Conduct research to identify key target personas and gather relevant contact information for outreach.
  • Execute cold outreach to target personas and nurture leads.
  • Qualify sales opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to advance deals.
  • Follow up on leads generated by marketing and events to nurture them into qualified sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to achieve sales objectives.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and measure all sales development activities.
  • Use a variety of tools to assist with SDR tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or business development roles is required.
  • Desire to build a career in sales.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic is required.
  • Strong lead generation and sales conversation skills, including cold emailing, cold calling, prospecting, and nurturing leads.
  • Ability to qualify opportunities and manage objections effectively.
  • Motivated to exceed goals with measurable results; role includes commissionable targets and KPIs.
  • Attention to detail, diligence, multi-tasking, and prioritization are essential for success.
