Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Senior Platform PM for Lending Core to own the shared infrastructure powering all loan products. You will manage program configuration, credit decisioning, and the full loan lifecycle, aligning internal PMs and engineers around a scalable, configurable platform.

You will drive a self-serve portal, define interfaces, and ensure extensibility across products and risk models, while acting as a gatekeeper for engineering delivery and MVP acceleration with AI tooling integration.

Qualifications

• Deep architectural knowledge of lending systems and platform design.
• Experience owning a platform with multiple product configurations.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into clear specs.

Responsibilities

• Own the configuration layer for lending programs and self-serve portal.
• Own the credit decision engine and its interfaces for product teams.
• Ensure multi-product compatibility and configurable risk models.
• Lead platform migrations and gatekeeper for engineering delivery.
• Collaborate with lending product PMs, engineering leadership, and executives.
