JOB TITLE
Leisure & Entertainment Brand Manager | MAF Entertainment | Leisure & Entertainment

ROLE SUMMARY
The Brand Manager is responsible for supporting the Director of Leisure & Entertainment in the development and execution of brand strategies, ensuring the alignment of all branding initiatives across Majid Al Futtaim Leisure & Entertainment brands. This role involves brand performance monitoring, marketing coordination, and the implementation of best practices to enhance customer experience and brand equity.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Support the implementation of global best practices in operational brand management, ensuring efficient and scalable procedures across all venues.
  • Conduct benchmarking and performance reviews to identify operational trends, guest expectations, and opportunities to improve brand execution.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Operations, F&B, HR, Facilities) and external partners to ensure alignment with brand standards and company objectives across all operational areas.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure in-store branding and customer experience are aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Assist in the execution of new product launches and in-store activations.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement necessary actions to enhance brand perception.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify potential opportunities and risks.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field within leisure, entertainment, hospitality, or retail industries.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools, digital marketing platforms, and branding software.
  • Creativity, strategic thinking, attention to detail, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
