Job description

The Arab Monetary Fund (AMF) is an Arab regional organization based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Its main objective is laying monetary foundations of Arab economic integration and accelerating the process of economic development in all Arab Countries. AMF is seeking to recruit a “Legal Specialist” in the Legal Department.

Job Purpose

To provide legal support and advisory services across the organization, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, managing legal risks, and supporting the business through contract reviews, legal opinions, and policy development.

Knowledge and Experience

• Minimum 5–6 years of relevant legal experience, preferably within international organizations, financial institutions, or reputable law firms.
• Strong experience in contract drafting, legal advisory, and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with financial, commercial, or international law is considered an advantage.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) from a recognized university (master’s degree is an advantage).
• Professional legal certification or bar admission is preferred.
• Must be a registered lawyer.
• Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB or equivalent) required.
