We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to provide comprehensive secretarial support to our legal team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in a fast-paced legal environment. Responsibilities: - Manage and organize legal documents and correspondence with precision. - Support lawyers by preparing and formatting legal documents, briefs, and contracts. - Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel schedules for attorneys and clients. - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. - Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and external parties to facilitate smooth case management. - Assist in research and data collection as needed for case preparation. - Ensure all filings and records comply with firm and regulatory standards. - Operate office equipment and manage supplies to support daily office needs.

- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or similar role within a law firm, preferably international. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities with acute attention to detail. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and legal management software. - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism. - Adaptable, proactive, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines. - Familiarity with international legal terminology and procedures is advantageous. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
