This role involves providing high-level administrative and secretarial support to fee earners across various practice areas, within a fast-paced and professional environment.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong diary management skills, communicate confidently with clients and colleagues, and effectively support a range of administrative and billing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage diary scheduling, including meeting arrangements, conference calls, and client liaison.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and process related expenses, ensuring diaries are accurately maintained.
  • Proofread and format legal documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Handle internal and client calls confidently, taking accurate messages and following up as required.
  • Assist with billing processes, including preparation of bills, client fee updates, and invoices.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role at a leading international law firm.
  • Familiarity with legal billing systems and CRM tools.
