Job summary
The Government of Dubai Legal Affairs Department is seeking legal professionals in the Government Legal Support and Services Department to contribute to its duties under approved procedures. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent with 1–4 years of practical experience; or Master’s degree in Law with 0–3 years of experience.
- Experience in legal drafting and analysis, familiarity with emirate laws, and ability to produce executive summaries.
Responsibilities
- Conduct specialized legal research and prepare executive summaries of findings.
- Review requests for legal opinions and prepare preliminary drafts (low to medium complexity).
- Assist with articles of incorporation for government-owned entities and related documents.
- Support opinions on intellectual property rights and registrations with preliminary drafts.
- Review complaints against government entities and resolve informally where possible.
- Support judicial proceedings involving government entities (low to medium complexity).
- Assist in managing legal support transactions and draft required documents under supervision.
