Charterhouse is working with a prestigious international Law Firm, who are currently seeking for an enthusiastic Legal PA to join their successful team.

Based in Dubai, our client, an international law firm is looking for a pro-active Legal PA to provide exceptional billing and invoicing support alongside legal administrative duties to support a Team of Lawyers within their Dubai Office. This role will be expected to manage high workloads, such as complex diary management, email management, scheduling meetings and handling correspondence.

The Legal PA must be able to perform various administrative duties, including drafting documents, proof-reading documents, putting together PowerPoints, organising and attending meetings, and taking minutes. This role will collaborate with the Partners and the Finance Team to prepare invoices, manage NBI Requirements, and handle various matters. In addition, this role will also support the Business Development Team to assist in events, pitches, marketing, and carry out any ad hoc duties where required.

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will have experience working within a busy corporate environment. The successful candidate will have a professional and personable approach with attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills, with eagerness to grow. To apply for this position, the candidate must have a background within Legal, with complex billing support experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills in English and be fully IT literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. The successful candidate will be fully competent in legal software such as 3Elite. Further education in the related field is preferred.
