Job description


We are seeking an Operations Executive to assist our legal team with drafting and managing clients. This role involves overseeing and managing operations related to Power of Attorney documentation and its associated processes within our company.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide legal, administrative, and operational support to the legal team.
  2. Draft, type, and translate legal and official documents (e.g., Power of Attorney, Board Resolutions, MOA/AOA, etc.).
  3. Conduct legal research to find up-to-date information related to our services.
  4. Prepare and file documents with courts or notaries for notarization in different jurisdictions.
  5. Engage with and follow up with our vendors/service providers (e.g., private notaries, attestation agencies, etc.).
  6. Communicate with clients and team members during the service process and guide clients on completing the service processes.
  7. Assist with notarization, attestation, or legalization of documents.
  8. Support other operational and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Law (preferred), Business Administration, or a related field. Additional certifications or training in legal documentation can be advantageous.
  2. Proven experience in handling Power of Attorney documentation, preferably within a legal or corporate setting.
  3. In-depth knowledge of legal requirements and procedures related to POA documentation.
  4. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  5. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  6. Proficiency in relevant software and tools used for documentation and process management.
