Job Description

• Review all the legislation cases assigned to you as a team leader, ensuring all relevant attachments are available, and research and document all technical procedures and legislation related to each case.
• Collaborate with the assigned team to prepare draft local or federal legislation proposed by Dubai Government Entities.
• Consider feedback from Dubai Government Entities on draft federal legislation and provide relevant legal remarks.
• Participate in reviewing international MOUs and treaties / agreements referred to the SLC by Dubai or federal authorities, and follow up for endorsement.
• Assist in preparing and drafting legal and explanatory memoranda on legislation in force in Dubai, as required.
