Paris Group seeks an experienced Legal Lawyer specialised in Corporate & Commercial law in Dubai. You will draft and negotiate corporate and commercial agreements, leasing contracts, and fit-out projects while advising on tenancy, employment law, and dispute resolution.

Fluency in Arabic and English is required to navigate UAE and GCC laws and coordinate with external counsel. The role demands robust contract management, risk assessment, and cross-department collaboration to support business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE legal experience.
• Experience in corporate and commercial law, leasing and fit-out/construction contracts.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, litigation procedures and contract management.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Arabic proficiency is mandatory; fluency in English is essential.

Role Overview

Paris Group is seeking an experienced Legal Lawyer - Corporate & Commercial with strong expertise in corporate and commercial law, leasing agreements, fit-out contracts, employment law, and litigation. The ideal candidate will provide practical legal advice, manage contractual matters, resolve disputes, and ensure compliance with UAE laws and applicable GCC regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage corporate agreements, commercial contracts, leasing agreements, and fit-out/construction contracts.
• Advise on tenancy matters, lease renewals, contractual obligations, terminations, and property-related legal issues.
• Provide legal guidance on UAE Labour Law, employment contracts, HR policies, employee disputes, and termination procedures.
• Handle legal disputes, prepare legal notices, pleadings, memoranda, and court documentation, and coordinate with external law firms.
• Identify contractual and commercial risks, recommend appropriate legal solutions, and protect the company's interests.
• Ensure compliance with UAE corporate, commercial, employment, and property-related legislation, as well as applicable GCC laws.
• Collaborate with management and internal departments to provide legal advice and support business operations.

Requirements
