Job summary

Mojay Group seeks a final-year or recent law graduate to join the GGC Office in Dubai. You will support contract lifecycle activities, governance, and compliance across the DIFC context, contributing to practical, real-world matters.

You’ll draft and review NDAs, MSAs, and vendor agreements, maintain records, and prepare concise legal memos. The role offers exposure to cross-border transactions and evolving regulatory frameworks in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Final-year or recent graduate in Law (LLB/LLM) or related field.
• Solid legal writing and issue-spotting abilities; ability to cite authorities properly.
• Ability to translate legalese into clear business English and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Contract lifecycle support: Draft, review, and redline NDAs, MSAs, SLAs, and vendor agreements; maintain version control.
• Corporate governance: Maintain entity registers, board packs, resolutions, and policy trackers (DIFC context).
• Compliance ops: Assist with data protection (DIFC DP Law), AML/CFT checklists, and audit-ready evidence logs.
• Legal research & memos: Prepare concise notes on DIFC/UAElaw, IP, employment, cross-border issues; summarize for executives.
• Transaction support: Build data-room checklists, track CPs, coordinate with external counsel and counterparties.
• Process & tooling: Improve clause banks, intake forms, SOPs; assist with light automation and document hygiene.
