Job summary

A leading law firm in Dubai is seeking a qualified legal professional to support their legal team's operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and drafting various legal documents, providing legal advice, and assisting in M&A transactions. Candidates should possess a law degree, strong communication skills, and an attention to detail. Bilingualism in French and English, as well as knowledge of legal research applications, will be advantageous.

Job Description

• Reviewing and drafting legal documents, including without limitation commercial contracts, corporate documents, letters and legal notices

• Carrying out legal research on behalf of the legal team.

• Assist the Partners with complex M&A, structuring, joint ventures and private equity deals.

• Provide legal support and advise in all areas and aspects to the General Counsel and top management.

• Draft and review international and local contracts, government contracts and tenders, legal notices, letters, documents, correspondences related to the company's business.

• Prepare documents and files for filing of litigation/arbitration/replies/defence/evidence for the company.

• Conduct legal due diligence including counter party's corporate structure and sanction checks to the extent they relate to legal issues/matters.

University Degree in Law (Commercial Law/International Business Law)

• Good understanding of legal concepts.

• Communication skills (written and oral)
