Overview

Legal Executive for a government affiliated entity based in the UAE.

Salary – 10,000 AED / month + benefits

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor of Laws
  • 3 to 5 years experience in a law firm or similar entity, particularly in handling cases and reviewing contracts.
  • Excellent in Arabic and English (Legal Terminologies) - verbal and written.
  • Strong understanding of UAE laws, more particularly in the Emirate of Sharjah, regulatory compliance, and other legal areas.
Key Responsibilities
  • Legal Assistance - Assist the Head of the Department to handle legal cases. The role will liaise with courts, government departments, police, free zones, and other private or government entities.
  • Legal Research - Review and collate all the pieces of evidence for the case and other matters.
  • Case Management - Manage and oversee all cases, including submissions, hearings, executions, case updates, and other related matters.
  • Legal Document Preparation - Draft and prepare all types of court pleadings, motions, legal notices, requests, case bundles, legal advice / opinions, and other documents necessary for the case.
