We are looking for a Legal Executive for a government affiliated entity based in the UAE.

Location – Sharjah, UAE

Salary – 10,000 AED/month + benefits

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor of Laws
  • 3 to 5 years experience in a law firm or similar entity, particularly in handling cases and reviewing contracts.
  • Excellent in Arabic and English (Legal Terminologies) -verbal and written.
  • Strong understanding of UAE laws, more particularly in the Emirate of Sharjah, regulatory compliance, and other legal areas.
Key Responsibilities
Legal Assistance

Assist the Head of the Department to handle legal cases. Likewise, the role will liaise with courts, government departments, police, free zones, and other private or government entities.

Legal Research

Review and collate all the pieces of evidences for the case and other matters.

Case Management

Manages and oversees all cases, including but not limited to submissions, hearings, executions, case updates, and other related matters.

Legal Document Preparation

Drafting and preparing all types of court pleadings, motions, legal notices, requests, case bundles, legal advice/ opinions, and other documents necessary for the case.
