Legal Counsel - TMT

One of the region's most innovative companies is going through a tremendously exciting period of growth, and are looking to add a Legal Counsel to their team based in the UAE. Our client works exclusively in the online technology sector, where they have an international reach and a global workforce.

This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to join an in-house function and a collegiate team, where you will be working closely with senior members of the legal team at the Group level in their Dubai office. Key responsibilities will focus on negotiating, drafting and amending tech commercial contracts, managing data privacy and IP matters, as well as providing legal support to the wider business.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. You must have at least 5 years' experience working for a leading international law firm and/or from in-house teams in a relevant sector.
2. Candidates will also have a common law qualification from the UK, New Zealand, or Australia (or that thereof an equivalent jurisdiction).
