Job summary

Qi Group is seeking a Legal Counsel to ensure compliance with legal requirements and governance standards across the MENA region. The role involves providing expert legal guidance, drafting and negotiating contracts, managing litigation and disputes, and identifying legal risks for the company.

The counsel will oversee IP registrations, product registrations in the UAE, and business licensing across the region, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law and at least 5 years of litigation experience.
• Licensed lawyer or legal practitioner recognized in a MENA country.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English, including legal translation.

Responsibilities
