Join our team at the headquarters in Schrobenhausen or at one of our BAUER subsidiaries (e.g., Germany, Abu Dhabi) as Legal Counsel / Senior Contract Management (m / f / x).

Your Tasks

Legal support for public and private tenders, mainly on the contractor side, focusing on specialised foundation engineering.
Preparation of international civil and plant construction contracts.
Drafting contracts with subcontractors.
Preparation of consortium and joint venture agreements.
Negotiation of project-based partnering and alliance agreements between client and contractor.
Monitoring and processing of contract variations, drafting legal / contractual correspondence, and claim preparation.

Your Profile

Completed law studies (with above-average results) or an equivalent international degree.
Several years of relevant professional experience.
Practical experience in complex national and international projects.
Ability to develop sound, resilient, and pragmatic legal solutions.
Good judgment, clear communication skills, and ability to present complex issues simply, including alternative options.
Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in German is a plus.
Willingness to travel.
