Our Client

Our client is seeking aUAE based Legal Counsel with expertise in construction, facilities management and real estate.

The Role

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including leasing, fit out, construction, facilities management, procurement, acquisitions, and operations.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE laws and corporate governance policies.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to structure agreements effectively.
  • Manage external counsel and support talent development initiatives.

To Qualify

  • Live in Dubai, UAE working experience
  • Law degree (Master’s preferred) and admission to a recognised jurisdiction.
  • 2-5 years of legal experience in technology, real estate, either in private practice or in-house.
  • Expertise in technology, real estate, commercial leasing, and telecom sectors.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and risk assessment skills.
