Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in drafting and preparing contracts, agreements, term sheets, heads of agreements, memoranda, and other legal documents.
2. Conduct legal research related to business requirements.
3. Handle receipt of legal queries from internal clients and ensure timely responses.
4. Possess knowledge of corporate law, business contracts, M&A contracts, MoA, and due diligence.
