Job summary

You will draft, review and negotiate oil trading contracts, GT&Cs, charterparties and commercial agreements; advise on legal matters relating to oil trading, shipping and trade finance; support disputes, arbitration, litigation and contractual claims; assist with compliance and

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ legal experience in private practice or in-house.
• Qualified in a common law jurisdiction.
• Strong knowledge of English law.
• Experience in oil trading, commodities, shipping or maritime law.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment.
