The client is a prominent investment and development firm based in the UAE, specializing in real estate, construction, and asset management. Responsibilities :

• Offer legal advisory services to various departments and subsidiaries
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal agreements
• Advise on corporate governance, structuring, and compliance with UAE regulations
• Support real estate and development projects, ensuring adherence to relevant laws
• Monitor and ensure compliance with local, regional, and international regulations
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address legal concerns and facilitate business operations

Qualifications :

• A qualified legal professional with 4-10 years of experience in corporate, commercial, and real estate law
• Extensive experience in real estate investment, development, and management within the UAE
• In-depth knowledge of UAE legal frameworks, including mainland, DIFC, and ADGM regulations
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
• Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and legal advisory skills
• Proven ability to collaborate across departments and manage complex legal matters effectively
