Job Role: Legal Counsel

Duration: 6 Months Fixed

Location: Abu Dhabi Government

• Must have qualified lawyer with 4 to 8 years PQE (post-qualification experience) in intellectual property law.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law
• LLM or equivalent is preferred
• Admitted to a recognised bar (common law jurisdiction preferred, for example, UK, US, Australia, etc.)
• Qualified lawyer with 4 to 8 years PQE (post-qualification experience) in intellectual property law.

Key Requirements

• Strong experience in both contentious and non-contentious IP matters.
• Solid understanding of trade mark, copyright, and design law; patent familiarity advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in licensing and commercial exploitation of IP.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. # LI-KS1
