Job Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and legal agreements, including commercial, employment, service, and shareholder agreements.
- Support clients in corporate structuring, company formation, mergers & acquisitions, and regulatory filings.
- Liaise with government departments and regulatory authorities when required.
- Stay updated with new laws and legal developments in the UAE and regionally.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various legal matters.
- Research and analyze legal issues and prepare legal documents.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide legal support for business operations.
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB); further legal certification is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in a law firm or legal consultancy within or outside the UAE.
- Solid background in corporate law, contracts, and legal drafting.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a valuable asset).
- Strong legal writing, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven mindset.
