An established industry player is seeking a motivated Legal Associate to join their dynamic Family Office in Dubai. This full-time position offers the chance to work closely with the Head of Legal on a variety of local and cross-border legal matters. Ideal candidates will have around 3 years of experience, a law degree, and proficiency in English and Russian. The role includes supporting corporate registrations, preparing legal documents, and liaising with local authorities. We are looking for a Legal Associate to support the operations of a Family Office based in Dubai. This role is ideal for a motivated legal professional with around 3 years of experience, who is comfortable handling day-to-day legal and administrative matters in the UAE, and who is interested in building expertise across multiple jurisdictions over time. You will be based full-time in Dubai and work closely with the Head of Legal on a wide range of local and cross-border topics.Key responsibilities:Support with corporate registrations, license renewals, and compliance matters in UAE free zones (DIFC, DMCC, ADGM).Prepare and review corporate documents, including resolutions, agreements, and KYC packages.Handle immigration-related matters such as visa renewals and Emirates ID updates.Liaise with local service providers (e.g. telecom, utilities, landlords) and government authorities.Assist in coordinating and following up on tax-related matters, including registration, filings, and liaising with local advisors.Conduct legal research and assist with international topics as required.Coordinate with external advisors where necessary.Reporting to: Head of LegalKey requirements:Law degree (LLB or equivalent).Around 3 years of relevant legal experience, ideally including exposure to UAE legal or regulatory matters.Solid understanding of corporate and commercial law.Interest in cross-border legal issues and willingness to learn.Proficiency in English and Russian is essential; Arabic is a plus.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.What We Offer:Hybrid work model (remote and in-office).Opportunity to grow within a stable and international Family Office.Exposure to a wide range of UAE-based and international legal matters.
