Job summary
Dubai Holding is seeking an Assistant Manager - Legal to support its litigation team. You will draft legal notices, review claims, prepare settlements and liaise with governmental authorities, reporting to the Director of Legal.
The role requires 3–4 years of experience in a recognized law firm and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law. You will handle civil, real estate and labour matters while delivering timely, accurate legal guidance across the business.
Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in a recognized law firm.
- Experience in civil, real estate and labour cases is preferred.
- Ability to draft notices, review claims and settlements.
Responsibilities
- Assist in Civil/Real Estate cases.
- Assist in Labour cases.
- Draft legal notices and settlements; issue letters to authorities.
- Review external law firm submissions.
- Provide monthly legal reports.
