Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law is required.
  • 0–1 year of experience in the legal field.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Receive complaints and claims via smart applications, the Department’s website, email, or manual submission.
  • Coordinate with the relevant team to verify jurisdiction and acceptance criteria.
  • Communicate with complainants and respond to inquiries; handle inquiries by phone.
  • Review complaint files and documents; lead or participate as needed.
  • Prepare draft notices of statements of claim and monitor submission timelines.
  • Follow up on responses from government entities and assess their content.
  • Deliberate with the team to determine legal positions and claimant entitlement.
  • Engage with parties to amicably settle disputes and draft settlement documentation.
  • Prepare final legal opinion memos and ensure sign-off by relevant teams.
  • Prepare and follow up on the Certificate of Completion of Government Claims Law Procedures.
