Job summary

Clyde & Co in Glasgow is seeking a Manager, Legal AI & Technology to lead our legal technology initiatives. You will work with lawyers across practice groups to apply AI-enabled solutions, translate needs into concrete requirements and ensure adherence to governance and risk controls.

You will document workflows, support adoption, and prepare business cases while collaborating with Risk, IT, Finance and other functions.

Qualifications

Experience with legal technology, AI, automation or digital transformation in a legal or professional services setting.
Strong ability to communicate with lawyers at all levels and tailor messaging for different audiences.
Willingness to work across time zones and collaborate with global teams.

Responsibilities

Understand legal, operational and client service challenges that technology can address.
Translate legal needs into clear requirements and implementation approaches.
Document current-state workflows, pain points, and future-state processes for implementation.
Build and configure Copilot agents and other AI-enabled solutions, including in SharePoint and Microsoft Agent Builder.
Demonstrate legal technology applications to lawyers and business teams and share updates with the team.
