Job summary

CXM Group in Dubai seeks a Senior Compliance Lead to architect a group-wide framework, build an AI-enabled legal document database, and embed SLAs across entities. You will deploy risk tools, monitor regulatory exposures, and drive the licensing and acquisition pipeline to milestones, while coordinating communications.

This role requires strong regulator engagement, experience with tier-one regimes, and the ability to lead a team toward consistent standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with tier-one regimes (CySEC, FCA, NFA, ASIC) and offshore frameworks.
• Direct regulator engagement experience.
• Ability to support acquisition structuring and entity integration from a compliance perspective.
• Experience deploying AI tooling in legal workflows.
• Ability to set standards, delegate effectively, and hold a team accountable.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy a group-wide compliance reporting framework.
• Create an AI-enabled legal document database.
• Establish and embed internal legal SLAs.
• Deploy legal and compliance risk monitoring tools.
• Drive licensing and acquisition pipeline to milestones.
• Oversee group-wide legal and compliance communications.
• Monitor brand, regulatory, and compliance risk.
• Research target markets and emerging regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain reporting infrastructure with Ops and IT.
• Inventory, organise, and analyse all group legal agreements.
• Manage regulatory relationships and respond to inquiries.
• Set and enforce contract throughput standards.
