Hire Feed is seeking a lead legal professional to oversee the design and execution of legal frameworks for emerging technologies. The role requires a J.D.

and a track record of managing complex legal projects in technology-driven environments. Responsibilities include drafting contracts, guiding data privacy and cybersecurity initiatives, and aligning legal strategy with product development and market expansion goals.

Qualifications

• J.D. required from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 7 years of legal experience.
• At least 3 years in a project leadership role.
• Strong understanding of technology law incl. data privacy, cybersecurity and AI regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement legal strategies aligned with project goals and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance in product development cycles.
• Lead risk assessment and mitigation efforts for technology-related legal challenges.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and policy documents to protect organizational interests.
• Provide legal guidance on intellectual property, data privacy, and contractual obligations.
