Legal Advisor & Debt Collection

• Provide expert legal advice on debt recovery processes, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Draft and review legal documents, including demand letters and settlement agreements, to facilitate negotiations.
• Conduct thorough legal research to stay updated on changes in debt collection laws and practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective debt recovery strategies tailored to client needs.
• Analyze financial records and credit reports to assess the viability of debt recovery efforts.
• Monitor and report on the progress of debt collection cases, providing regular updates to clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualification in law, with a strong understanding of debt collection regulations.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in legal advisory roles, specifically focused on debt recovery.
• Fluency in English, with additional language proficiency in Spanish or Mandarin being a significant advantage.
• Excellent negotiation skills, demonstrated by a proven track record of successful debt recovery outcomes.
