Do you have a strong foundation in legal research and a passion for supporting organizations in navigating complex legal matters?

Our client is seeking a motivated Junior Legal Advisor to join their in-house legal team. This role involves assisting with legal documentation, contract reviews, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance—playing a key part in safeguarding the organization’s interests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on diverse legal topics to support decision-making
  • Review, draft, and advise on legal opinions, memos, contracts, and agreements
  • Assist in identifying legal issues in documents and ensuring compliance with UAE laws
  • Support the Legal Affairs Manager in mitigating legal risks in contracts with external entities (partners, consultants, suppliers, tenants, etc.)
  • Draft formal procedures related to dispute settlements and monitor execution of legal clauses
  • Represent the company in legal interactions with government bodies, private entities, and international stakeholders
  • Assist with claims handling, negotiations, and settlement agreements both in-court and via arbitration
  • Provide legal counsel on corporate governance and regulatory matters concerning the company and its affiliates
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure internal communication strategies align with legal compliance
  • Promote ethical work practices, legal integrity, and strong corporate governance across the organization

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent
  • 3–5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a corporate or governmental setting
  • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is essential
  • Strong knowledge of UAE legal systems, contract law, and dispute resolution procedures
  • Effective communication and legal drafting skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • High sense of accountability, confidentiality, and professional ethics
