A global leader in armored vehicles is seeking an experienced Legal Advisor for their new manufacturing facility in Dubai, UAE. The role involves ensuring compliance with UAE laws, drafting and negotiating contracts, and representing the company in legal matters. Candidates must have a Bachelor's in Law and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

The Armored Group a global leader in providing armored vehicles to NGOs government entities and highnetworth individuals is seeking an experiencedLegal Advisorfor our new manufacturing facility in the UAE.

As aLegal Advisoryou will be responsible for performing highquality painting and finishing work on armored and industrial vehicles. This includes both interior and exterior surfaces ensuring they meet rigorous standards. You will also have the opportunity to apply specialized camouflage and custom finishes as per client specifications.

Responsibilities
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the company complies with UAE laws JAFZA regulations and international standards related to manufacturing contracts and operations.
  • Contract Drafting and Review: Prepare review and negotiate contracts with suppliers clients and thirdparty vendors to safeguard the companys interests.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential legal risks in business operations and provide proactive advice to mitigate them.
  • Legal Representation: Represent the company in negotiations dispute resolutions and regulatory proceedings as needed.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement internal legal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Dispute Resolution: Handle and resolve disputes mediations and arbitrations effectively minimizing company exposure.
  • Legal Support for Transactions: Provide legal advice on mergers acquisitions and other strategic business transactions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with management HR finance and other departments to provide legal insights and solutions.
Must Have
  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; a Masters Degree or specialized certification in commercial law is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3years of legal experience preferably in the manufacturing automotive or defense industries.
  • Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Fluency in Arabic & English is required.
Nice to have
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of UAE corporate laws JAFZA regulations and international trade agreements.
