Managing and following up on various legal support requests received by the office, ensuring their completion in accordance with approved policies and procedures.

Supervising the execution of approved legal support requests and following up with all involved parties to ensure compliance with CPC policies, procedures, and standards.

Preparing periodic reports regarding legal aspects and submitting them to the competent authority.

Providing legal opinions, advice, support, and solutions across all legal areas, including contracts, agreements, documents, negotiations, and legal drafting.

Drafting CPC-wide administrative legislations such as policies, regulations, and rules.

Analyzing cases, laws, and regulations thoroughly.
