Job summary

Ecojob in Abu Dhabi, UAE is seeking a skilled Legal Adviser to provide expert legal guidance to clients, draft contracts, and ensure regulatory compliance across matters including employment, IP, and corporate law.

The ideal candidate holds a law degree, is fluent in English (Arabic a plus), and can manage multiple cases with strong analytical skills while coordinating with the team. Freshers welcome; company will assist with visa and provide accommodation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law or Juris Doctorate (J.D)
• Fluent in English (Arabic a plus)
• Proven experience as a Legal Adviser or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of UAE laws and regulations
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple cases simultaneously
• Pakistani or Malayalee nationality preferred
• Freshers with no prior experience are welcome to apply
• Must have own visa for employment in UAE
• Full-time availability with ability to work flexible hours
• Accommodation will be provided by the company

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice to clients on contracts, agreements, intellectual property, employment law, and other matters
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support decision-making
• Advise on compliance with local laws and regulations in UAE
• Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies
• Represent clients in negotiations or legal proceedings
• Stay updated on changes in laws or regulations that may affect the company or its clients
