Job summary

JobCenter in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly qualified Legal Adviser to join our team. The role focuses on providing legal guidance to the company and clients, drafting and reviewing contracts, and conducting up-to-date legal research in UAE law.

The position is full-time with a salary of 1600 USD and includes accommodation. Part-time applications are considered as well; candidates should have a law degree and minimum five years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Adviser or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of UAE laws and regulations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support to the company on all legal matters
• Review and draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements
• Conduct legal research and keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations
• Represent the company in court proceedings, if necessary
• Liaise with external legal counsel as needed
