Job summary

A healthcare institution in Dubai is seeking a legal expert to manage and reduce legal risks and provide expert advice on legal matters. The ideal candidate should have a law degree and at least 5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in the UAE, including litigation and dispute resolution expertise.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years post qualification legal experience either as in-house counsel or at a law firm.
• At least 5 years legal experience in the UAE and in the field of dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice, support and interpretation of law on general legal matters.
• Manage litigation and medical malpractice claims.

Education

Law degree at a recognized University.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

Provide expert legal advice, support and interpretation of law on general legal matters, including the mitigation of risks associated with legal non-compliance
