Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Administrator to join the ENTERTAINERS Legal team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about managing legal administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our legal department. Youll play a critical role in supporting our legal processes and contributing to our overall success of the team.

As a Legal Administrator you will
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the legal team ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Draft and review basic contracts notices letters and correspondence under supervision.
  • Review and organize legal documents contracts and correspondence.
  • Assist in preparing and responding to KYC and corporate governance requests from clients banks government bodies and law firms.
  • Track and report on the renewal and expiration of licenses company documents insurance policies leases trademarks and other legal obligations.
  • Maintain and monitor legal requests from all departments using a work management tool.
  • Record and upload historical legal documents to Salesforce Contract Management System ensuring accurate and up-to-date filing systems for all legal records.
  • Liaise with law firms to monitor deadlines for legal filings and track case hearings dates.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather required information required by the team.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Conduct research analyse data and report on laws regulations and precedents relevant to the ENTERTAINER and assigned projects.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments for the legal team.
  • Manage and process payment requests received for legal related services.
What were looking for
